The Head of Operations at TAZ Horgen, Christa Neukom has a wealth of experience in Marketing and Human resources. Her commitment and service orientated personality makes it possible for her to fulfil her key role in the school. Further education in conflict management,  project management and psychology are some of the other assets that Mrs. Neukom brings to the school.

The Pedagogical Headmaster, Kaspar Oettli has taught as a primary school teacher since 1984 and became headmaster of the public Primary  School Hausen where he worked for six years. During this time, he passed the Training for Headmasters. As the school participated in an international project called INIS (International Network of Innovative Schools) he became familiar with different English school systems.
